Stir Cooking School's Tuesday class is a three-hour hands-on session in the Highlands kitchen where an instructor leads you and your group through a rotating themed menu from scratch, with a full bar available throughout. The class covers a different cuisine or technique each week and everyone eats the meal they cooked together at the end. All ingredients and kitchen equipment are included.
