Contemporary Dance Workshop

Inner Me Studios' contemporary class explores movement vocabulary across floor work, improvisation, and partnering with an emphasis on body awareness and physical expression rather than strict technique. The instructor introduces a theme or movement concept for each session and guides participants through a series of exercises that build toward a short exploration or phrase by the end of class. All ability levels are welcome, and the class is structured to feel accessible for anyone who is curious about expressive movement but has never formally trained.
