Peridance Center's Sunday contemporary drop-in is an open-level class focused on fluid movement, body awareness, and musicality. The session begins with a warm-up targeting spinal mobility and joint release before moving into structured phrase work that draws on contemporary, release, and somatic techniques. No prior dance training or partner is needed, and participants can join on a drop-in basis any week through the Peridance website.
