About this class
Being upside down stops being alarming somewhere around the fourth attempt. It runs as a series, so it builds week to week. You hang and spin, and the floor being right there makes the brave stuff a lot less brave. You leave looser than you came in and faintly pleased with yourself, which is the correct outcome.
