The Cookery Houston teaches pasta from scratch in this dedicated Montrose workshop. You mix dough by hand, learn to feel when gluten is properly developed, then roll and cut fresh tagliatelle, pappardelle, and stuffed pasta shapes. The class covers two different sauces designed to complement different pasta types. Everything you make is enjoyed at the end of class.
