This fundamentals class introduces aerial silks technique including basic climbs, wraps, drops, and poses using long fabric panels rigged from the facility ceiling. The instructor covers hand and foot wrapping techniques, body conditioning for aerial work, and how to fall safely throughout the class so you build confidence alongside skill. Students leave with the foundational vocabulary to continue exploring silks, lyra, or rope in future classes.
