Circus Center runs this Monday evening trapeze session for all levels, from first-timers through students working on catches and passing tricks. An instructor and catcher guide participants through the sequence, and the class structure lets beginners work on their first knee-hang while more advanced students work on timing and flight position corrections. A safety harness and belt are worn throughout.
