Stand-up paddleboarding is one of the most accessible ways to get on the water, and this lesson teaches you to get up, find your balance, and paddle in a straight line without falling in. You work on your stance, paddle grip, and stroke mechanics on flat water, then practice controlled turns before heading out for a short paddle. The instructor stays on the water with you and gives feedback throughout.
