This beginner SUP lesson starts on the sand with instruction on stance, paddle grip, and how to get up on the board, then moves into the calm, protected waters off La Jolla Shores for practice. Instructors stay in the water alongside students offering real-time feedback as they find their balance and start moving across the surface. All equipment is provided and no prior experience is required.
