First Class Cooking's Monday sauce class in the SoMa loft teaches the five French mother sauces and their derivatives alongside the braising, roasting, and reduction techniques that make them work at home. Chef Emily Dellas uses individual cooking stations throughout so you practice the techniques on real ingredients rather than watching. All ingredients and equipment are provided and the group eats together at the end.
