In this Wednesday morning workshop at Rebel Bread Co., you will learn everything needed to bake naturally-fermented sourdough at home, from building and maintaining a starter through mixing, shaping, scoring, and baking a full loaf. Instructors share the reasoning behind each step so you develop intuition rather than just following a recipe, which means you will be able to troubleshoot and adapt as you continue baking on your own. Each participant goes home with their own loaf of sourdough and a portion of active starter.
