Layer Cake Construction and Design

About this class

This intermediate class is for bakers who can already decorate a cake and want to work on multi-tier construction, internal support systems, and more advanced design techniques like watercolor painting in buttercream and textured spatula work. The instructor demonstrates each technique on a dummy tier before you apply it to a real two-tier cake. You complete and box a finished two-tier cake by the end of the session.
