Swenson Boxing teaches a Friday evening boxing skills class where students work through a combination-focused curriculum on the heavy bags and with partners on focus mitts to build timing and coordination. The instructor gives technique corrections throughout and finishes with a short conditioning round so you work up a sweat without needing a fitness background. Wraps and gloves can be borrowed at no extra charge.
