Dabble Events Nashville mixology workshops teach students to build classic and original cocktails from scratch using proper measuring, shaking, stirring, and straining technique with guidance from an experienced bartender instructor. The class covers how to balance sweet, sour, spirit, and bitter in a drink, and how to make small adjustments to rescue a cocktail that is out of balance. Students make four to five different cocktails during the session and leave with recipes and the confidence to host a cocktail night at home.
