The one-handed throw is faster and more precise than the two-handed technique once mastered, and this session teaches the specific grip adjustment, stance narrowing, and release timing that make it work reliably. The coach demonstrates the differences and watches your release frame by frame on video before having you apply the corrections. You throw for forty-five minutes after the technical instruction ends.
