Apotheke's Monday cocktail lab is a hands-on mixology class in their apothecary-styled bar in Tribeca where each participant makes three to four cocktails from scratch using fresh-pressed juices, house-made tinctures, and spirits selected by the lead bartender. The class covers how to balance sweetness, acidity, and bitterness, how to use a jigger and mixing glass properly, and how to adapt a cocktail recipe to your personal palate. You will drink what you make and leave with a recipe card for each drink.
