At Seabreeze's working chocolate factory you learn tempering, how cacao turns into chocolate, and how to decorate and mold a full batch of truffles. Each person makes 21 molded chocolates and all the ingredients and tools are included. It is structured so a beginner can follow but detailed enough that you understand why tempering matters.
