The winery tour takes guests through every stage of wine production from grape delivery and crushing through fermentation, barrel aging, and bottling in Brooklyn Winery's compact but fully functioning urban facility. The one-hour tour ends in the tasting room with a pour of two current releases. Tours run on select weekday afternoons with a maximum of 12 guests.
