Every Tuesday at Spec's Wine Academy, a rotating theme guides a tasting of six curated wines. Past themes have included Italian reds, California Pinot Noir, German Riesling, and orange wines. Your sommelier host provides context about each producer and region while walking you through the tasting ritual, including swirling, smelling, and evaluating structure on the palate.
Tuesday Wine Exploration Session runs for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
This class is open to all skill levels, from first-timers to those with some experience.
No prior experience needed. Most people attending are complete beginners.
