Work alongside the Holy City brewing team during an active brew day, participating in the mash, lauter, boil, and hop addition steps rather than watching from behind a rope. The head brewer explains the decisions made at each stage and how the recipe was designed to achieve specific flavor targets. The session ends with a guided tasting of six Holy City beers paired with tasting notes on how each was brewed.
