Gold Bar Distillery's cocktail class on Treasure Island walks you through shaking and stirring three signature whiskey cocktails, an Old Fashioned, a Whiskey Sour, and a Paper Plane, alongside a guided tasting that explains how barrel aging and grain influence flavor. The session takes place inside a restored 1930s Art Deco Pan Am terminal with panoramic views of the Bay Bridge, Alcatraz, and the San Francisco skyline.
