Beautiful Rind in the West Loop is one of Chicago's premier cheese shops and tasting rooms, offering educational tasting experiences that cover the world's great cheese-producing regions. This workshop pairs five to seven chosen cheeses with complementary accompaniments while the host guides the group through flavor analysis, regional history, and pairing logic. Sessions are capped at small groups for an intimate experience. No prior cheese knowledge is required and dietary restrictions can often be accommodated with advance notice.
