Roll, shape, and cut fresh pasta by hand in this guided class at Aunt Jake's on the Upper East Side, then sit down to a full three-course meal featuring the pasta you made. The instructor walks every student through the techniques for working with fresh dough, from sheeting to cutting different shapes, so you leave with real skills you can replicate at home. You also take home a portion of your handcrafted pasta to cook later.
