Benches on Division's flagship ten-week metalsmithing course teaches the complete foundational skill set of jewelry fabrication from scratch, covering sawing, filing, soldering, forming, and finishing over weekly three-hour sessions at a fully equipped community studio in Ukrainian Village. No prior experience is required, and all tools and a starter materials kit are included in the course fee, with free open studio access for additional practice between classes. Students typically complete two to three finished pieces during the session and leave with the technical vocabulary and hands-on confidence to continue developing their craft.
