Intro to Ceramics: 6-Week Beginner Course

About this class

Higher Fire ClaySpace's six-week beginner ceramics course covers wheel throwing, hand building, and glazing techniques in a progressive weekly curriculum that takes students from their first attempt at centering clay through to trimming and glazing finished pieces. The course is capped at a small number of students so every participant gets real time with the instructor each session, and open studio access is included so you can practice between classes. This is a multi-session course; enrollment is for the full six-week run. All clay and firing are included.
