Murray's Cheese hosts Thursday evening tasting classes in their classroom above the original Greenwich Village shop, covering a different theme each session ranging from Alpine classics to American farmstead cheeses. An expert cheesemonger guides guests through tasting six to eight carefully selected cheeses alongside wine and charcuterie pairings while explaining the story behind each producer.
