Sur La Table's Tuesday pasta class is a full hands-on session where you make fresh egg dough from scratch, then roll and cut it into fettuccine, pappardelle, or another shape chosen by the evening's chef instructor. You also cook and plate the pasta with a seasonal sauce, then eat what you made at the end of class.
