A two-hour evening workshop covering the systematic approach to tasting wine, exploring how to assess appearance, aroma, palate, and quality using a structured method. Students taste five wines representing different regions and styles, learning to identify key characteristics and understand what makes one wine different from another. No prior wine knowledge is needed and the format is relaxed and discussion-based.
