Brew a full 5-gallon batch of all-grain beer from start to finish in this hands-on class at Windsor Homebrew Supply's Costa Mesa location. You will work on the store's electric all-in-one brewing system while learning about grain selection, milling, mashing techniques, hop additions, and fermentation so you understand every stage of the craft brewing process. Class size is capped at 12 students to make sure everyone gets close-up time with the equipment and direct guidance from the instructor.
