About this class

Community Woodshop LA's cutting board class walks you through milling lumber flat and square, laying out a glue-up pattern, cutting and gluing strips of contrasting wood, then planing and sanding the finished board to a smooth food-safe surface. The instructor covers each machine before you run your own wood, and all lumber, glue, and finishing oil are provided. You leave with a finished hardwood cutting board ready for your kitchen.
