About this class
This one-session introduction to pottery gives you hands-on time at the wheel in a relaxed, supportive setting. A studio instructor walks you through wedging, centering, opening, and pulling your first cylinder from raw clay. You will leave with a better sense of whether pottery is a hobby you want to pursue, and the studio fires any successful pieces for pickup later. No prior experience is needed, and all tools and clay are provided.
