This 90- to 120-minute hands-on workshop at Relume on Capitol Hill is led by a local Washington DC maker and covers one craft at a time from a rotating calendar that includes embroidery, knitting, needlepoint, polymer clay, leather charm-making, watercolor painting, macramé, and DIY candle and ring making. All materials are included in the ticket price so you walk in with nothing and leave with a finished object you built yourself alongside a small group of other creative adults. Relume is a woman-owned neighborhood creative studio steps from Eastern Market Metro that has been building DC's maker community since 2023.
