In Silks Level 1, we’ll start building strength, stamina, and technique to help you climb higher and move more confidently in the air. You'll learn foundational wraps, beginner drops, and how to sequence movements with control and flow. This class is designed for students who have taken Intro to Silks or have a basic understanding of climbs and foot locks.
