About this class

Each Monday at 18 Reasons brings a different global cuisine into the teaching kitchen, with a rotating roster of skilled instructors who share both the recipes and the cultural context behind each dish. Participants work hands-on in small groups at well-equipped stations, preparing a full meal from scratch that everyone shares at the table at the end of class. No prior cooking experience is needed, and all ingredients and equipment are provided.
