Thursday evenings at 18 Reasons are often devoted to pasta, where participants learn to make fresh noodles from scratch using a simple flour-and-egg dough, then shape and cut them by hand into fettuccine, pappardelle, or a specialty shape the instructor introduces each session. The class covers timing, texture testing, and sauce pairings so you understand how fresh pasta behaves differently from dried. Everyone shares the pasta dinner together at the end of class.
