This drop-in class puts you on a full-sized indoor flying trapeze rig with experienced coaches spotting every swing. You will learn the basic takeoff, swing, and dismount progression, and more advanced students work on knee hangs and catches in the same session. No prior experience is required and all equipment is provided; just wear athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes.
