Friday morning tours depart from the beach in Kailua and paddle across the bay with a naturalist guide who shares information about the marine environment, seabirds, and the history of the islands. Paddling experience is not required and the calm protected waters of Kailua Bay make this a manageable adventure for most fitness levels.
