Friday Night Sushi and Sake Class

About this class

Colorado Sake Co. runs a Sushi 101 class every Tuesday evening where a sushi chef teaches you to make three to four classic rolls from scratch, covering rice preparation, fish selection, and rolling technique using a bamboo mat. You eat what you make at the end of the session, which runs about 90 minutes. No experience is necessary and the class includes a sake pairing that complements the rolls you prepare.
