BAB Mixology School's Thursday class focuses on classic cocktails and modern twists, with an instructor breaking down balance, dilution, and garnish as you build four drinks behind the bar. You learn the why behind each technique rather than just following a recipe card. The two-hour session is hands-on from the first pour and you taste every cocktail you make.
