This Tuesday group class at Old Town School of Folk Music teaches beginners the basics of banjo or acoustic guitar through a song-focused curriculum that gets you playing real music quickly. The instructor works with the whole room, covering chords, picking or strumming patterns, and simple technique in a social format that keeps the session moving. Loaner instruments are available at no extra cost.
