YOU MUST HAVE TAKEN SEVERAL POLE LEVEL 1 CLASSES BEFORE TAKING THIS CLASS. THIS CLASS IS ALSO 16+ OUR 18+ IS MONDAYS AT 6:15PM Mixed Level Pole is the sweet spot of having pole experience, but not consistently getting upside down. In this class, you'll start building strength, fluidity, and technique on what you already know. You’ll learn transitions, working on combining skills and gaining the confidence of upside down. This class is designed to help you grow your skills in a supportive environment while having fun and feeling strong in your body.
