Velocity Climbing Miami runs a Wednesday evening technique class on their bouldering wall for climbers at the beginner to intermediate level who want to improve their movement quality rather than just log volume. The instructor selects a set of problems and uses them to demonstrate specific movement principles, hip positioning, flagging, and reading routes, before coaching participants through the same problems. A day pass to the gym is included.
