Sizzling Summer Thai Cooking

The Civic Kitchen's Thai cooking class takes participants through the fundamentals of Thai flavor balance, covering the interplay of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy that defines the cuisine alongside hands-on preparation of a full Thai meal. Students learn to make dishes like larb, pad see ew, and mango sticky rice using ingredients the instructor walks them through at the start of class. All equipment and measured ingredients are at each station, and the class ends with a shared dinner.
