The cocktail class at William Price Distilling puts you in the production space of a working craft distillery in Oak Forest, where the distillers teach you to build and shake two classic and original cocktails using their house-made spirits. You learn about the flavor profiles and production of the spirits you are working with, then cover fundamental bartending techniques like shaking, stirring, straining, and balancing a drink. The 60-minute session ends with a tasting of both cocktails and is open to groups and walk-in visitors alike.
