Thursday Baking Workshop

About this class

Georgetown Cupcake's Thursday workshop sessions rotate through different baking projects, from layered cakes and tarts to laminated doughs and petit fours, giving students exposure to professional pastry techniques across the full range of the bakery's repertoire. You work in a properly equipped kitchen with the same tools and ingredients the production bakers use each morning. Everything you bake goes home with you at the end of class.
