Aerial Cirque Over Denver's Tuesday intro lyra class introduces you to the aerial hoop, teaching seated and standing poses with a spotter and mats in place throughout. The hoop is a challenging but highly rewarding apparatus and Level 1 is built for adults with no prior aerial or gymnastics background. Instructors guide each student through safe entry and exit technique before building to your first pose.
