Aloft Circus Arts on Chicago's West Side runs over 90 classes per week from its dedicated circus training facility, the Aloft Loft. This aerial basics class is designed for beginners with no prior experience and introduces fundamental aerial technique on silks or static trapeze in a small group format. Instructors focus on safe entry and exit, basic climbing, and initial poses, covering the physical foundation students need to progress through the full program. Monthly membership passes and drop-in options are both available.
