Ballroom Basics Drop-In

NRG Ballroom hosts drop-in ballroom classes throughout the week covering styles including waltz, foxtrot, and swing in a casual, welcoming format that does not require a partner or previous experience. The studio is located in north Phoenix and has a full sprung hardwood dance floor, a sound system calibrated for ballroom music, and instructors who have competed and taught at a national level. Drop-in classes are pay-per-session so you can try as many styles as you like without committing to a full series.
