Aerial Cirque Over Denver's intro aerial silks class teaches you to climb, wrap, and pose on the fabric with a spotter and crash mats underneath the whole time. No prior experience, strength, or flexibility is required since Level 1 is built for true beginners. You leave with a handful of foundational climbs and wraps and a real sense of how aerial strength is built from the ground up.
