Precise footwork is the foundation of efficient climbing and this clinic uses drills and deliberate practice to break bad habits and build the mindful foot placements that open up harder grades. You'll work on smearing, edging, and heel and toe hooks under the guidance of a coaching staff that has helped dozens of beginners get past common early plateaus. All climbing equipment is available to rent at the gym.
